Nonie O'Neill is an artist who operates a small studio on the island of Inis Mór (also written as Inishmore) in the Aran Islands off the west coast of Ireland. The largest of the three Aran Islands, Inis Mór is well known for its imposing limestone cliffs, ancient monuments and early Christian ruins, as well as for being the home of Ireland's traditional Gaelic-speaking culture.

In her studio near Killeany, Nonie principally produces wood cut prints. The images of these prints - evocative of the Aran Islands - are all hand carved on wood.
